ID this Vase please Empty ID this Vase please

Can anyone ID this vase please. About 8" tall, it has a number (either 350 or 358) and a VERY indistinct greenish/blue mark. Apologies in advance if it turns out to be pre-20th century.

Hand coloured transfer printed outline, printed number 250? on the base. I think they are early 20th Century. Could the mark be Minton or Mintons.

Thanks Naomi. I really can't tell what the backstamp says. I only paid a £1 for it.
