Please change the title if I've broke the rules Embarrassed I can only find a Noggarth Rd near Pendle hill? Made by witches?

There have been a handful on ebay with the same mark. One was a 'roughlee pendle witches tankard' so Roughlee, Pendle, sees to be the right place.

Shoddy is perfectly OK but for future reference never use Shabby or any other word beginning in Sh and ending in y that contains a vowel followed by two identical consonants. Shrugs
