Hi do you think these are sowerby glass boats? They were advertised as such but I am not sure as I cannot find anything online or catalogued that looks just like them They came as a bundle of three and have a RD kite for 19/12/1871. They look like they stack and not sure what exactlt they were for?

They are not the classic Sowerby shape. They look like corn on the cob dishes but probably too early to be for that purpose . Banana split desert boats?

Had a thought they were large table salts? as some boats have been used for that in the past.

They look a bit big for salt - how long are they? Maybe for a row of condiment bottles.

They could be flower troughs, sort of elongated posy vases... The Victorians would put displays of small cut flowers on tables etc, there were many variations on this theme produced by lots of glass makers.
