Okay one teapot from the Majolica Works studio, BUT do you think the artistry was Liam Curtin, looks similar to other items by him

From what I've found, Liam Curtin set up Majolica Works with painter Wendy Jones in 1984. I could be completely wrong, but presumably he made the pots and he and/or Wendy decorated them.
