Un-marked double gourd vase Any ideas where?when?who?thankyou

Interesting double gourd vase in a strange blue colour, As said the base is unmarked the piece has a decent age im not thinking 19th century but certainly 50years + id of thought. Measuring 10" tall 6" wide. Anybody have any ideas on this one???

looks like 1920's style to me and maybe Belgian?

I'm no expert in this kind of pottery though so these are just suggestions for research

I have seen loads of these vases around over the years, in various shapes, but
always with this turquoise and blue drippy glaze. Some have silver rims at the top,
or larger silver collars round the neck.
I always wondered what they were. I ran out of ideas for British art potteries,
and assumed they were probably continental. However a pair turned up in a local
antiques centre recently, clearly black ink-stamped James Plant & sons.
If they are still there I'll try and photograph them.
I have had the "Plant Ware" (the Gouda copies) in the past with the exact same mark.

looks like burmantoft vase that failed to make the final cut

It's good quality Art pottery, not sure why most of it is unmarked,
Maybe a retailer didn't want a manufacturers mark showing.
Alas the ones in the local centre seem to have gone.
