Help with mark please

I bought this yesterday very cheaply. I quite like it. It's a well made small mug/large coffee cup. I've seen the mark but can't recall whose it is.

It's not under Y or V in Yates-Owen. I think we've had this VV or YV mark before and it's not been id-ed.

And there was I thinking that I should know this mark and trying to beat Naomi to the answer.

Been here before but I have no idea.

I am not sure but think it could be David Winkley, Devon & Somerset.
