Painted Earthenware (Tea?) Bowl. Empty Painted Earthenware (Tea?) Bowl.

I recently acquired a small bowl (45mm high by 90mm wide) can anyone identify the maker? The seller thought it may be the work of Helen Martino but following an exchange of emails this turns out not to be the case.

It was a bit difficult to photograph due to the shine from the glaze and the depth of the bowl so apologies for the photo quality.

Yes, I saw that. I wasn't convinced by the quality in the photos. It said hobby potter to me. But I could well be wrong.
