Looks a bit like Bembridge Pottery, IoW pottery, but I haven't seen any with a BG stamp. I suspect it's 1960-70s. Keep bumping. I'm sure I'll come across one with a label at some point.

I once had a window salesman...turned up at 9 on a Saturday.....was still there at 12....price dropped down by 60%...numerous calls to "Head Office". And eventually the only way to get him to leave was for my upstairs neighbour(a big guy) to tell him to" feck off"
