Lovely Little Vase. Cyrillic Mark ?

Here is my latest find. A pretty little vase.
It stands 14cm tall.

I struggled a while trying to make out the potters mark.
I think the letters may be Cyrillic. (Bulgarian ? Ukrainian ?)
This is what I reckon it is: "ВГ КРЄТА"

Any ideas anyone ?

I tend to associate a smooth base like that with Greek and Cyprus pottery. The mark might be a place name.

It may possibly translate to CRETE then.
