I don't know who made it , but the glaze is a familiar with quite a few company's Carstens , Jasba , Ruscha , Jopeko all used this type , Silberdistel as well .

It's one of those "who cares" lamps. That is fabulous if it was made by Mr Hu in a Beijing workshop last week
