That Damn CP Mark Again Empty That Damn CP Mark Again

Ok so this is yet another piece with the inscribed cp mark (that gets mixed up with Cooper Pottery up in Shropshire), that I think comes from Devon as I have another piece with it and Devon written underneath. Still not been able to nail it down, any suggestions welcome.
