I thought it might be Niek Hoogland, but it's not his mark. Might just be a tourist piece.
Mark looks like Do4 or Doy

Hi Naomi, as I know nothing about pots this is probably a daft suggestion. I was on google images and saw a yellow pot with similar coloured splashes/clay colour by Clive Bowen.
