Sgraffito vase - Hellas, Greece Empty Sgraffito vase - Hellas, Greece

I have a problem reading the mark, it looks like MOA Lima/Firma? and possibly Italy at the bottom. It is 5''  tall.
It looks souther european to me, if not Italy maybe Grece?

What do you think about this one, it has no signature.. but it is similar.. think. When it could have been created? Its from Poland..
