ID pottery plate with MS mark - possibly Maria Stewart Empty ID pottery plate with MS mark - possibly Maria Stewart

This plate is 10" in diameter and has a 1/2" ridge. The stamp on the bottom looks like it says "MS" and has the number 412 on the top and 83 on the bottom.

I suspect it's made somewhere local to you. It has a combination of marks and clay colour that would be unusual over this side of the pond.
