Wattisfield Ware SFK (Suffolk)

Wattisfield Ware slipware jug

I've found a few pieces of Wattisfield pottery, all slipware. Haven't found much about the pottery aside from the following:

Wattisfield Ware, Henry Watson Potteries, Suffolk.
The Watsons started potting in Wattisfield in the late 1800s.
The impressed mark WATTISFIELD WARE SFK HANDMADE IN ENGLAND was used from 1948.

A little bit about the old pottery can be found on http://www.henrywatson.com/about/suffolk-c-c-archaeological-survey

Throughout 2005 and 2006 a program of archaeological work was carried out in advance of and during housing development on land that was formerly a part of the Henry Watson's Potteries factory at Pottery Hill, Wattisfield.
Henry Watson's Potteries is run by the Watson family, now in it's 6th generation of unbroken succession.
