The shiny head looks wrong, it could be Marc of Folkestone.

For a moment I thought Elizabeth Skipwith, but just checked and her rams don't have shiny heads. Marc is more likely.

I'm pretty sure it isn't Marc.

It's not a design I've seen before and it just doesn't really look right for his stuff.
The base is too rough and his work tends to have at least a touch of colour.
Plus it is pretty unusual for his stuff not to have a back stamp. Apart from a tiny hedgehog which didn't have room for a mark, every other piece I've seen has been.

It is (was) my home town pottery.

Sure I saw something like this in the tourist shop at Aysgarth falls in the Yorkshire Dales. They had lots of sheep related ceramic items if I remember rightly
