Looking at the base I doubt it's any of the people that were suggested and expect it was made in 1953.

If so, then I can only repeat my original comment from the other thread: "I've come across a few pieces for the Coronation commissioned from factories that didn't normally make slipware, so I suspect you'll have difficulty Id-ing it."

Worth asking John Pollex. This was his sort of style before he changed to bright colours, and he's recently put together a portfolio of photos of his slipware chargers online or facebook.
This could have been made for the 1977 Silver Jubilee in celebration of the Queen's coronation.
John Hudson is another possibility.
