Peter Sparrey.

Post by PaulRM on March 27th 2013, 5:33 pm

Hi all

I was hoping someone could help with the marks on a couple of recently purchased bowls.
As can be seen the mark on the first bowl is a stylised U, the second has the same U but with a V underneath.
Any pointers gratefully received.

Thank you so much.

I purchased these in a local charity shop because I liked them, I thought they were quality pieces and am delighted to have that confirmed.

They add nicely to my small, but growing, collection of pots.

They are nice and he's a very good potter in my opinion.

Would be great to see your collection by the way:

Lucky you. I would love a Peter Sparrey bowl. I believe he's been selling some on ebay recently but unfortunately out of my price range.

Supa-dupa well packed and very speedy. Obviously wanted it to arrive in 100% condition whatever gorilla delivered it. Recommended. Very pleased.
