Studio Teapot for IDing - Michael Tovey, Rowlstone Pottery Pontilas

Hi i have this teapot that has a wooden handle. It is marked with an R in a circle And then what looks like TW .Any idea's who it could be please.

Do you have the sellers permission to use their photo's?

I know it may seem OTT, but the rules insist we are strict on possible copyright issues.

Not in the case of this pot, as it seems to be decorated with sgraffito through a different colour slip. (Unless I'm mistaken about how this is achieved)
