Here's a tiny teapot of Mary's. I wonder if this is also 1980s...

Re: Mary Rich
It looks earlier to me with the cane handle - they seem to have first been used in the UK in any quantity during the 1970s.

Brown ridged pot straight handle m mark - early Mary Rich
I am new to this an I think my first post didn't work...I have two pots that I a trying to identify both with clear marks ( impressed) on the base. I will try again...
This one has a much rougher texture and more rustic look.

Re: Mary Rich
Again, thanks to all posting all these great and useful pix.
I have never been to one of these fairs, most of it leaves me completely cold,
However I would make a bee line for a Mary Rich or a Geoffrey Swindell's
pitch and instantly empty my bank account.

Re: Mary Rich
It looks like something Mary would have done to me but I would think earlier.

Re: Mary Rich
I have checked back through CPA books and it is most probably from the middle to late 1970s.

Re: Mary Rich
Thanks for checking, Studio. I’ve had one or two pieces before her gold lustre style but not as early as that. Thank you for your help!
