This little fellow is quite a hoot. I can't find his like or make out the initials which could be an H with a K formed out of lat part. Approx 5.5 inches high with a little peck out of his beak :0(

I have a stoneware moneybox in the shape of a bird (pictures included).
It has a mark on the base that I don't recognise and after extensive online research have not had any luck.
Can anyone help identify the maker/studio please?
The bird measures approx. 6" x 4" x 3.25" and weighs approx. 350g.

Thank you so so much NaomiM for finally solving this for me. The bird belonged to my late Aunt and after months of trying to find out what the mark was it's great to finally have a name and be able to see other examples of Keith's work. I never would have guessed that it was a 'K' and 'H' on there. Cheers!

I have an owl and fish money box by him. Love the textures.

Light brown and speckled blue teapot. Old style with split handle. let or Ht impressed mark maybe. Fairly well made.

Possibly by Edward Hughes, Cumbria - but it looks like there’s a dot and Hughes’ mark was an HE monogram without a dot

It’s def not the Edward Hughes mark in the book. I’ve done a better photo now I’m at home.

You identified much the same style of teapot by Keith Hall for me two years back.
I just hope I’m a bit better at remembering a mark for a really important potter like Coper or Bernard Leach!
