It's a piece of sea glass.
That is, it's the corner of a glass bottle that's been broken up on the sea shore and washed around for a while (maybe years) and the actoion of the sand has ground off the rough edges leaving this lump of sand blasted glass.

As an ex-geologist, I can assure you it's man-made glass, not fluorite. Fluorite would have been ground to dust and dissolved by the action of the waves.
