Pop art target paperweights - any thoughts?

Post by Alex_s on Sun Oct 14, 2012 6:23 pm

Found these today, and very taken with them. They are really heavy, and around 70mm in diameter. No idea how old they are, but they are pretty damn cute. Anyone seen these before?

Just had a thought - they are kind of reminiscent of the kind of 'bullseye' designs found in some of the Walther Glas 'solifleur' pieces, only rougher.

TK Maxx has been awash with eyecatching but ho-hum quality glass sculptures on polished blocks for the last 5-ish years. All bear 'Made in China' labels.
